About Me
I’m Kiki, a registered nurse from Australia with a lifelong calling to care for people. My journey has carried me through motherhood, grief, and the deep transformation that follows heartbreak. Along the way, I’ve discovered that the greatest healing begins when we are given the space to rest, feel, and simply be.

My professional path began in nursing, where I learned the foundations of safety and care. Over time, I was drawn to integrative practices that honor the body, breath, and nervous system. I trained in Yin Yoga with Sarah Powers in Hong Kong, Restorative Yoga with Mhairi McInnes — influenced by the lineage of Judith Hanson Lasater and Lizzie Lassiter — and explored somatic practices with Maggie Hayes. My personal practice of freediving in Philippines and subsequently helping launch Cenote Freediving were foundational in pursuing studies in breathwork with Lily Hardy. These, as well as massage and bodywork, further deepened my understanding of how the body holds and releases experience.

Today, my practice is a dedication to creating spaces where people feel safe, supported, and deeply held. Whether through bodywork, restorative yoga, somatics, or breathwork, I guide others back to themselves — to a place of release, wholeness, and presence.

I integrate the sacred waters of Tulum, Mexico into healing experiences that invite deep introspection and inner connection. Cenotes and lagoons as well as the Caribbean sea are a living sanctuarty. These ancient, intricate natural sources, calm the nervous system and create a safe container for reflection, allowing you to turn inward and listen to your own inner rhythms.

Believe rest is a radical act of healing. When we slow down and allow what is within us to rise, we open the door to acceptance, freedom, and transformation.
Fusional sessions
From these teachings, I’ve developed Fusion Integrative Sessions — a deeply personalized experience blending massage, energy work, breathwork, yoga, somatic practices, and nervous system support. Each session is a co-creation, designed to meet you exactly where you are, offering a safe space to release, restore, and reconnect with yourself.
My practice is rooted in the belief that true healing happens when we feel held, seen, and supported. In this space, you are invited to slow down, listen inwardly, and allow whatever arises to move through you — leaving you more aligned, more whole, and more at peace.
Rest is not indulgence; it is medicine. Fusion work is my way of helping you return to that medicine, to yourself.

Our Mission
My calling is to create sacred, water-based holding spaces where people feel deeply supported, seen, and safe enough to soften. Through water healing, somatic practices, and intentional touch, we guide individuals the felt sense of true support- not as something external to rely on, but as a wisdom they can access from within.
By learning to feel, trust, and embody this inner safety, they reclaim their capacity to self-support, regulate and move through life with greater trust, resilience and connection.
